BricsCAD specific DCL attributes

BricsCAD's DCL engine supports a number of specific attributes (beyond AutoCAD DCL definitions), to provide more flexibility, more comfort and improved GUI appearance.

Using extra DCL attributes is compatible with the DCL syntax (even Lisp + BRX applications can add any number of custom attributes), therefore it is backward compatible with AutoCAD, and does not harm - AutoCAD (and other DCL enabled systems) will simply ignore such BricsCAD-specific attributes.
