QuadItemRegistry Class

This helper class is provied to collect all the QuadItems, the client implementation intends to use; all QuadItems must be declared upfront, prior to its usage. QuadItems can be declared using this class, during 'AcEdQuadReactor::registerQuadItems()' callback.
