(vl-layerstates-setdescription  lstate  description)

sets the optional description text for the specified LayerState

Arguments

'lstate' a string or symbol specifying the LayerState
'description' descriptive text for the specified LayerState (can be an empty string)

Return

T if successful, NIL to indicate an error

Example

(vl-layerstates-setdescription "MyLayers_1" "All frozen + locked layers") sets the informational text
