GetAngle method

Allows the user to specify the angle on the graphics window.

Syntax

object.GetAngle([Point], [Prompt])

Where:

     object is the Utility object;

     Point is a Variant representing the base point for the angle;

     Prompt is is a String prompting the user to pick the angle.
