Arguments

colorIndex  ACI color value; an integer value in range 0...256

enableByLayer  (optional) NIL disables the ByBlock + ByLayer buttons; T enables these buttons (default if omitted)

Return

selected ACI color index value (integer);
NIL is the dialog was cancelled
