This function drags a given selectionset;
supports initget settings and allows arbitrary text or keywords
input.
sset : a normal
selectionset to be dragged
refPt : the base
or reference point for dragging operation
prompt the
message prompt to be shown
highlight T
or NIL specifies whether the rubberband cursor line is
highlighted
Returns a single list of format
(type value) :
type specified the result type (2= string input, 3 = point input),
value is the associated input value;
returns NIL if the function is
cancelled.
