(tingr:set-cutslope grading cutslope)

Assigns the cutSlope cutting slope value to be used by the grading TinGrading entity.

Arguments	grading (ename or vla-object) the TinGrading entity cutslope (number, integer or double) the cut slope to be assigned
Return	T or NIL
