(tingr:set-isassociative grading associative)

Assigns whether the grading TinGrading entity is associative (to the target and grading entities).

Arguments	grading (ename or vla-object) the TinGrading entity associative (T / NIL) specifies whether the grading is associative or not
Return	T or NIL
