Returns the associated BuildingElement type as string, or NIL if the specified entity is not classified as a BuildingElement.

Arguments	tinEname (ename or vla-object) the TinVolumeSurface entity
Return	(integer) type of the TinVolumeSurface entity, or NIL one of bcTinVolumeBaseComparison 0 bcTinVolumeToElevation 1 bcTinVolumeToDepth 2
