vl-layerstates-rename


(vl-layerstates-rename  oldName  newName)

renames the specified LayerState to a new name

Arguments

oldName  a string or symbol specifying the LayerState to be renamed

newName  a string or symbol specifying the new name for the specified LayerState

Return

T if successful, NIL to indicate an error
