BIM Profile Functions

Functions to handle BIM profiles. BIM profiles can be applied to "curve" entities (line, polyline, spline, ...) and 3dSolid entities - all entities to be applied a BIM profile must be classified as Beam, Column, or Member (for any other classification, profiles can not be applied).
