(acet-geom-arbitrary-x  zvec)

Returns the x-vector for a given normal vector, calculated by the arbitrary axis algorithm, as used by the CAD system to express an UCS.
zvec is a normal vector (3 real values), i.e. as obtained from 210 dxf group in an (entget) list.
