(acet-insert-attrib-mod  ename  inplist  suppress)

Modifies the attributes values for a BlockReference entity ename, based on the inplist arguments;
inplist must be a list of (tag value) pairs - verifying the tags is case-insensitive.

suppress argument controls whether a hint message is shown, if the BlockReference does not contain an attribute with tag key tag.
