acet-layerp-mode

(acet-layerp-mode  [OnOff])

If no argument OnOff is given, this functions returns whether LAYERPMODE is on or off : t if LAYERPMODE is ON, nil if LAYERPMODE is Off.
if argument OnOff is nil, LAYERPMODE is disabled, otherwise LAYERPMODE is enabled.

Returns : T if LAYERPMODE is actually ON, NIL otherwise.
