Returns a list of definition points for the
specified polyline.
polyline (ename or
vla-object) the polyline entity, as classic ENAME or
VLA-Object; must be 2d/3d/Lightweight polyline (ACDB2DPOLYLINE
ACDB3DPOLYLINE ACDBPOLYLINE)
bulgePoints (integer) the number of points used to
rasterise a bulge segment
