(acet-reg-put  key  [name  [value]])

Write a value to registry key ;
if value is absent or NIL, an empty string is used;

if name is absent or NIL, the default name key is used (the "(Default)" or "(Standard)" value name)
Returns T on success, NIL otherwise.
