Executes the command list cmdList in safe
way.
If bStart
is T, all items of cmdList are processed, and
if bAutoEnd is T, the command sequence will be finished by an extra
(command).
If bStart
is NIL, then an already running command is
continued by all items of cmdList, bAutoEnd is
ignored.
