acet-str-format

(acet-str-format  format  [arg1  arg2 ... argN])

Returns a string by formatting a string based on format using arguments arg1, arg2 and so on.
format is a normal string containing "%1" and "%2" ... placeholders for the arguments; only INT, REAL, STR arguments can be used
