Assigns XData to an entity;
The xkeylist argument list must
have the format : (ename AppId
dataList), where dataList must use the
format (dataKey dataVal
dxfKey);
dataKey is a
application provided key string
dataVal is the isp
data value to be stored
dxfKey is the
XData DXF group code appropriate for the dataVal (the DXF group
code >= 1000)
