(tin:raisesurface tinEname delta)

This function raises (moves in Z) the tinEname TinSurface entity by the specified delta.

Arguments	tinEname (ename or vla-object) the TinSurface entity to raise delta (number) the amount to raise the TinSurface; can be negative or 0
Return	T or NIL
Example	(tin:raiseSurface tin 11.29) T raises the entire TinSurface by 11.29 units
