(tin:setisassociative tinEname T/NIL)

This function declares the tinEname TinSurface entity to be associative or not.

Arguments	tinEname (ename or vla-object) the TinSurface entity to query T/NIL T sets the TinSurface as being associative, NIL as being non-associative
