(vl-load-geo)

This function loads the Lisp engine's Civil GeoCoordinateSystem extensions, if the license conditions are met (Professional).

Arguments	none
Return	T if Civil GeoCoordinateSystem LISP API is active, NIL otherwise (usually due to a license problem)
Example
Remarks	if the Civil GeoCoordinateSystem extension is already active, this function does nothing
