Works with Bricscad (Windows) Classic, Pro and Platinum, Bricscad (Linux) Classic and Pro

Specifies the properties for selecting entities, through the Settings dialog box (short for "dynamic dialog selection").

Accessing the Command

Displays the Entity Selection section of the Settings dialog box:

Change settings, and then click X.

Command Options

Option	Description
Autosnap Aperture Box	Toggles the display of the aperture box: On - displays aperture; entities are selected that pass through the aperture (default). Off - does not display aperture. The size of this box can be adjusted with the Aperture command.
Entity Snap Aperture	Specifies the size of the autosnap aperture box; range is 1 to 50 pixels; default = 5 pixels.
Pick Automatic	Toggles whether Bricscad automatically creates window or crossing selections at the 'Select entities' prompt: On - requires two pick points to create a window and crossing selection sets. Off - requires a single pick point, or the entry of a selection mode option (default).
Pick Box	Specifies the size of the pick box; range is 0 to 50 pixels; default = 3 pixels.
Pick Drag	Determines how selection windows are created: Draw selection window using two points; default. Draw selection window using dragging.
Pick First	Determines how entities are selected: First issue a command, then select entities. First select entities, then issue a command; default.
