Works with BricsCAD (Windows) Pro and Platinum BricsCAD (Linux) Pro and Platinum

Deletes faces and solids.

Accessing the Command

command bar:  dmdelete

menu bar:  Model | Direct Modeling | Delete

toolbar:  Direct Modeling |

: dmdelete

Prompts you in the command bar:

Select several entities/subentities: (Select the faces and/or solids you want to delete.  Press and hold the TAB key to select hidden geometry. Press Enter to stop selecting.)

The selected faces and/or solids are deleted.

When faces of a solid are deleted, the adjacent faces are extended to fill the gap.
