Checks whether the Communicator product is correctly installed and prints a diagnostic report in the Prompt History window.

The command is available on Windows only. The Communicator version must match the major version of BricsCAD

Accessing the Command

command bar:  communicatorinfo

: communicatorinfo

Prints a diagnostic report in the Prompt History window:

MSVC runtime version 10: OK.

MSVC runtime version 11: OK.

MSVC runtime version 12: OK.

BricsCAD path: 'C:\Program Files\Bricsys\BricsCAD V17 en_US\'.

ACIS: OK.

ACIS: dll product version '20171.0.1.17023'.

Communicator installation path: 'C:\Program Files\Bricsys\BricsCAD Communicator V17\'.

Communicator InterOp check: OK.

Communicator Connect license check: OK.

Communicator UConnect license check: OK.

Using PS Direct translation mode.
