This component is used to set the DCL "audit level". The audit
level is a positive integer that controls the amount of error or
warning messages that are displayed. See the attribute audit_level for an explanation
about the different audit level values.
A settings element can be used to specify the audit level like
this: dcl_settings : default_dcl_settings { audit_level = 0;
}
