(layerstate-compare  layerstate  vport)

This function compares the layers' state of layerstate with the layers in specified.viewport vport.

Arguments

layerState  (string) name of the LayerState

vport  (ename) the ename of the viewport to be compared with; if NIL, the current viewport is used

Return

T if layerSTate matches the layers' state in specified viewport, NIL otherwise
