Extended AutoLISP Functions

BricsCAD LISP provides some extensions for standard AutoLISP functions, to give developers more flexibility and functionality;
those extensions are backward-compatible, to allow unified client Lisp code to run on both CAD systems
(naturally, running under AutoCAD, result values could be NIL, or input is ignored; so client Lisp code needs to be prepared for slightly different behaviour).
