Forces a display update for the ename AlignmentView entity; updDependencies and updOrigin specify the particular behaviour.

Arguments	ename (ename or vla-object) the Tin VerticalAlignmentView entity updDependencies (T/NIL) also updates the dependent objects of the view entity updOrigin (T/NIL) also updates the origin of the view entity
