Obsolete VLX NameSpace Functions

There are a number of "vlisp-xxx" named LISP functions, related to the VLX NameSpace feature, which originate from AutoCAD AutoLISP history;
to improve backward compatibility with existing LISP code the BricsCAD LISP engine also supports a limited set of those functions.

Note : those obsolete VLX NameSpace functions have a more appropriate vl-xxx replacement function in recent AutoCAD version
(and (vlisp-export-symbol) and (vlisp-import-symbol) seems no longer functional in AutoCAD >= 2009)
