Assigns a new elevation coordinate value to the ptEname C3D Point entity.

Arguments

ptEname  (ename)  the CivilPoint ename to assign the new value to
elevation  (double) the new elevation value to be assigned to the ptEname point

Return

T, or NIL in case of an error
