(civil:point-set-haselevation  ptEname  haselevation)

This function defines by haselevation whether ptEname C3D Point entity uses the Elevation value.

Arguments

ptEname  (ename)  the CivilPoint ename to assign the new value to
haselevation  (T/NIL) defines whether the ptEname point uses the Z Elevation or not (whether 2D or 3D point)

Return

T, or NIL in case of an error
