Assigns a new Label style id labelId to the ptEname C3D Point entity.

Arguments

ptEname  (ename)  the CivilPoint ename to assign the new value to
labelid  (ename) the new label style id to be assigned to the ptEname point

Return

T, or NIL in case of an error
