Assigns a new vertices list to the Label leader of the ptEname C3D Point entity.

Arguments

ptEname  (ename)  the CivilPoint ename to assign the new value to
vertices  (list of 2d/3d point lists) the new leader vertices to be assigned to the ptEname point

Return

T, or NIL in case of an error
