(civil:point-set-labelpinned ptEname pinned)

This function defines whether the point label of the ptEname C3D Point entity is pinned.

Arguments	ptEname (ename) the CivilPoint ename to assign the new value to pinned (T/NIL) defines the new "pinned" status for the label of the ptEname point
Return	T, or NIL in case of an error
