ename  (ename)  the TinSurface entity to query
constraint  (integer or ename)  the breakline constraint to be modified
elevation  (integer 1...3, bcTinElevationMin 1, bcTinElevationMax 2, bcTinElevationMid 3) the intersection elevation type to be assigned
