Converts the slope value, given in format, into radians.

Arguments

format  (integer, bcTinSlopeRiseRun 0, bcTinSlopeDegrees 1, bcTinSlopePercent 2, bcTinSlopeRadians 3)  specifies the  format of the slope value
slope  (double) the slope value to be converted into radians
