Assign a fixed height to a cluster's children.

This attribute determines whether all tiles in a cluster have a fixed height. Since this can lead to crowding problems, it is probably best to never use this attribute. When a child tile has its own height attribute, it overrules this children_fixed_height attribute.

flag: true or false (default).
