Command: XCYLINDER

To create an X-Cylinder

1. Do one of the following

2. Click the Cylinder tool button () on the X-Solids toolbar.

3. Choose Cylinder in the X-Solids menu.

4. Type xcylinder in the command bar, then press Enter.

The Create X-Solid Cylinder dialog displays:

2. (option) Select the Ellipse option to create an elliptical cylinder.
   The Minor Radius field is activated.

3. (option) Select Radius or Diameter from the option button of the X-field.

4. To define the Parameters of the X-Solid cylinder do one of the following:

5. Type the values in the Origin, X, (Minor Radius) and Height Z fields.

6. Select a value in the drop-down list.

7. Click a Pick button () to define a parameter in the drawing.

8. Click the Pick All button to define all parameters in the drawing.

3. Choose Base or  Central as the position of the Origin point.

4. (option) Click the Manipulate... button to move or rotate the X-Solid cylinder.

5. (option) Click the View... button to manipulate the view.

6. (option) Click the Preview button.

7. (option) Choose an After primitive creation operation to be executed after the X-Solid cylinder is created.

8. Click the OK button to create the X-Solid cylinder.
