DmDistance3d

Works with Bricscad (Windows) Pro and Platinum, Bricscad (Linux) Pro and Platinum

Applies a distance constraint between two subentities of a solid or of different solids.

Accessing the Command

command bar:  dmdistance3d

menu bar:  Parametric | 3D Constraints | Distance

Select a pair of subentities: (Select the first edge, face or surface.)

Press the TAB key to select obscured geometry.

Distances are measured as follows:

- perpendicular to faces and straight edges (edges and faces must be parallel).

- to the center point of cylindrical (circular or elliptical) surfaces.
