Works with Bricscad (Windows) Platinum, Bricscad (Linux) Platinum
Allows to define a set of entities or subentities as a rigid body.
Accessing the Command
command bar: dmrigidset3d
menu bar: Parametric | 3D Constraints | Rigid Set
toolbar: 3D Constraints |
: dmrigidset3d
Prompts you in the command bar:
Select several entities/subentities: (Select a face or a body.)
Entities/subentities in set: 1 (Select a face or a body.)
Entities/subentities in set: 2 (Select a face or a body or right click to stop selecting entities.)
Press the TAB key to select obscured geometry.
All members of a rigid set are moved (DmMove command) and rotated (DmRotate command) together, while their relative positions within the rigid set are preserved.
