BricsCAD specific DCL behaviour

For a number of DCL attributes, BricsCAD's DCL engine implements special handling and processing - usually in a way compatible with AutoCAD;
but some more flexibility is provided, related to where attributes are used, and related to the (textual) content of the attributes.
