Prompts you in the command bar:
New current value for PERSPECTIVE (Off or On) <Off>: Enter an option then press Enter.

Related Commands
Dview - Changes the 3D viewpoint interactively, and turns on perspective mode (short for "dynamic view").
View - Creates and sets named views through the Drawing Explorer.
