Works with BricsCAD (Windows) Platinum, BricsCAD (Linux) Platinum

Dissolves a mechanical component inserted in the current drawing.

Accessing the Command

command bar:  bmdissolve

menu bar: Mechanical | Dissolve Component

toolbar: Mechanical |

: bmdissolve

Prompts you in the command bar:

Select entities: (select an entity)

Entities/subentities in set: 1

Select entities: (select more entities or right click to stop selecting entities.)

All entities of the selected components and their subcomponents are moved up one level in the mechanical hierarchy.
