Accessing the Command

Prompts you in the command bar:
Select arc or circle to dimension: (Choose an arc, polyline arc segemnt, or circle.)
The DIMCEN system variable controls the length of center mark lines.
Left: DimCen = 0.09; right: DimCen = -0.09
